Welcome to our blog about renting flats and houses. This is intended as a blog written by landlords for landlords.

We have over ten years of experience of renting property throughout England – more if family property is counted – and have over 10 properties currently in our portfolio. We own flats in Suffolk and London and houses in different parts of England.

We intend this blog to cover all aspects of renting property – from screening tenants, to doing inventories, to dealing with problems, to dealing with letting agents – plus of course that all important marketing and setting flats and hosues out for viewings.
